Reiki (pronounced ray-key)
is a simple and effective form of hands on healing that uses Universal Life
Energy to help dissolve problems in the body, mind, and spirit. It is a

energies. This full day workshop will explore: the History of Usui Reiki, the

the Reiki symbols, how to draw them, and how to use them in your healing
sessions. Participants learn five methods of absentee/distant healing as well

Usui Reiki III Master

two day intensive class includes learning all the skills and attunements to be
a Reiki Master and teacher (if one wants to teach, but not a necessary
requirement). Learn how to set up a Reiki practice if you desire to. You will
receive a Reiki Master attunement and have ample time to practice attuning
your fellow classmates. Additionally learn tools and exercises to enhance your
energy, healing abilities and empower your primary healing tool- YOU! When you
complete this class, you are qualified to give attunements and to teach Reiki.

Currently
Pursuing a PHD in Natural Medicine with a foundation in Quantum Physics,
Jesaka was born from an Elder line of Healers, Intuits, and Empaths in New
Orleans. She has studied different teachings in several countries from Gypsy
Fortune tellers in Italy, to Sangoma's in Southern Africa, Peruvian Shamans,
Native American Medicine Men, and Buddhist Monks.
Currently
she resides in France, where she is sometimes a guide and teacher but forever

Monthly Reiki Share

Please
join AHC every 3rd Wednesday of the month, for an evening of
giving and receiving Reiki. A Reiki Share is a gathering of Reiki
practitioners who congregate for a combination social/healing session. A share
is where each Reiki practitioner receives a treatment one person at a time or
by the group.
The primary purpose
of having a share is for practitioners to participate in giving and receiving
Reiki within an atmosphere of friendship and love. Participating in a share is
also a beneficial way of honoring one another as healers. All who have been
attuned to Reiki Level I or higher (Reiki Practitioners of all levels) are
encouraged to attend.
Participating
in a Reiki Share group is a wonderful way to share Reiki with others, receive
healing, practice and learn new skills, receive support and encouragement and
make new friends.
Group
energies are often stronger than individual sessions. If you have never
participated, come and join us, it is truly a wonderful experience!

Beginners Hatha Yoga Classes

Stress Relief with Yoga

interactive workshop will discuss stress, how stress impacts the mind, body
and spirit, various ways individuals typically handle stress and offer yoga as
an alternative to handling stress in a healthy manner. Additionally, we will
explore the eight key aspects of yoga and the importance of breathing
(pranayama).

learn how to breathe correctly, how breath impacts our emotions and how to use
the breath to alleviate stress. Afterwords, enjoy a calming, meditative yoga
practice highlighting yoga postures that are helpful in stress relief.
