Hypnosis
is a heightened state of awareness where the body and mind is in a highly
relaxed, receptive state to achieve permanent changes in a short period of
time. The therapist guides you in gaining access to the subconscious mind,
memories, beliefs, and feelings bypassing the criticism and judgment of your
conscious mind.
Hypnotherapy
is an effective healing tool because it helps individuals to uncover the truth
of an event, and determine blocks that may result from Past Life experiences,
misconceptions or an unresolved event.
Hypnotherapy

body and relaxing and refocusing your mind. Hypnotherapy is non evasive,
non-addictive, and has no negative side effects. It is effective in helping
you to stop negative, inappropriate habits and in achieving your personal and
professional goals.

Describe
a typical Hypnosis Session
Your
hypnosis session is tailored to fit your specific needs. During the session,
the therapist uses a series of deepening techniques to relax you and induce
the hypnotic state. The length of a session will vary, depending on your
circumstances and can last anywhere between 30-60 minutes.
Can
anyone be hypnotized?
Most
people can be hypnotized if they allow themselves to relax, let go and enter
this state. People unconsciously enter hypnosis all the time. For example, if
you have ever driven several miles on the highway without realizing how far
youve traveled, daydreamed, or been completely engrossed in a television
show, you have entered into a hypnotic state.
How
is hypnosis used?
Hypnosis
can be used for many reasons including managing stress, improving athletic
performance, stopping smoking and other addictive behaviors, recalling past
life information, discovering your life purpose and controlling your weight
and eating habits. Hypnosis is an effective tool for personal and professional
growth and development.
Can
you make me to something against my will?
Absolutely
not. This is a common misconception about hypnosis. However, your subconscious
would never allow you to accept a suggestion that makes you uncomfortable.
Your Subconscious Mind which is your higher self and connection to the Divine
protects you at all times. You are always in control and aware of what is
going on. You remember everything that has happened during your hypnosis
session.
What
happens at my first session?
We
discuss your situation in detail and co create a specific strategy that will
best suit you before we begin the hypnosis.
How
many sessions will I need?
Because
everyones individual needs and goals are different, the number of sessions
may vary. The average number of sessions is between three and five, although
some people only need one. You are encouraged to monitor your progress after
each session to determine your needs.
