Life
Coaching is a
partnership between the coach and the client to help you get from where you
are in your life to where you want to be. Life coaching addresses your
specific personal and professional objectives by examining your current
situation, obstacles and challenges to choose a course of action that will
help you to reach your goals.
My
skill is knowing the right questions to ask and providing the appropriate
tools and techniques to empower my clients to find the answers within
themselves.
I
believe you know the answers to every question or challenge you may have, even
if the answers appear to be obscured, concealed or hidden. You are the
expert in your life who knows who you are, what you need and what is best for
you. I am the expert in facilitating the coaching process.
During
the coaching sessions I work with you one to one, either face to face or via
(SKYPE) or phone. My approach is friendly, relaxed, and personable. I provide
support, guidance, structure, and accountability. Each coaching session builds
on the progress made in the last session until we achieve your goals.

Sessions are 1 hour
in length and you are required to participate in a minimum of ten sessions
(payment plan is available) for the full effectiveness of this life
transforming process. Sessions are done via SKYPE (or phone) and in person.
If
you need assistance, inspiration or motivation and are unable to participate
in the complete counseling process at this time, 30 minute phone or
SKYPE sessions are also available for your conveience.

and phone sessions must be paid for at the time of scheduling the appointment
